I am a new customer, where do I start?
For embarking on your Indulgeo Essentials journey to healthy and beautiful skin, sign in and get your skin the best gift that it deserves.

 

I forgot my user ID or my password. What should I do?
Lost your password? Click on the “Lost Password” link. Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email

 

How to place an order online?
Step 1: Click on the product of your choice.
Step 2: Click on SHOP NOW.
Step 3: Click on ADD TO CART.
Step 4: Click on CHECKOUT.
Complete the details of your order
And successfully place your order. Happy shopping!

 

How will I know my order has been registered?
If you have shopped online with us before, you can simply login to your account with your existing email address and password to start shopping. To reset your password,Click on the “Lost Password” link. Once logged in, you can update your billing and shipping details, or do this directly at the checkout page. If you haven’t logged in, you will be prompted to do so prior to placing your order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

How can I change my delivery address?
Your billing address will automatically be entered as your delivery address. You can change this address during the checkout process. If you have an account, you can also create, change and save multiple addresses in your address book. You can also change your shipping address by changing your address in the My Account section of this website.

 

Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Yes, multiple products can be bought in a single order. Add all the products that you wish to buy in your shopping cart before checkout.

 

Can I order a product that is “Out of Stock”?
We are sorry but products that are currently out of stock can not be ordered.

 

How can I check the status of my order?
When you place an online order you will receive an email confirmation with your order number; this is also your receipt. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. Apart from emails you will also receive SMS updates.

 

How do I return a product?
At Indulgeo Essentials, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
• Indulgeo Essentials is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

 

How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?
Once you’ve added all the desired products to your shopping cart, head over to the checkout page. The option to enter the Gift Voucher/ Promotional code will be on the checkout page, enter the code and the applicable amount will be deducted or offer redeemed.

 

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card or make an online payment on Indulgeo Essentials?
Yes, it is completely safe to use your debit/ credit card to make an online payment on Indulgeo Essentials. We have all the standard secure payment methods which ensure that all your online transactions with us are processed in the safest manner.

 

What payment types do you offer?
We offer all major types of payment methods. We have 2 payment gateways – InstaMojo & PayTM. Additionally you can pay through COD (Cash on Delivery). Through our gateways, you can pay via PayTM, UPI BHIM pay, credit card, debit card, net banking, NEFT/ bank transfer & wallets (Ola money, Mobikwik, Freecharge, JioMoney).

 

The order I received doesn’t match the one I placed. What should I do?
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on 9999278785   or support@indulgeoessentials.com and we will be happy to assist you.

 

What can I do if my payment/order is declined/failed?
There are may be various reasons why your payment or order is declined. Please recheck your order details carefully, errors in the number of digits of your phone number or pin code will lead to automatic cancellation of the order. For failed or declined payments, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Also check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card some of the information may have changed. Please confirm your credit card details and try again in that case. Also please do check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.

 

Is VAT (Value Added Tax) & GST (Goods & Services Tax) included?
Yes, all the prices shown on the website include GST. No extra amount of tax is added at checkout.
 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Is COD available for delivery to all locations in India?
Yes, COD is available for almost all locations in India.

 

Has my order been shipped out yet?
All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 8-12 working days.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately shipping to multiple addresses isn’t possible in one order. You can place multiple orders if you wish to ship to multiple addresses.

 

How quickly can I receive my order?
You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 8-12 working days.

 

My products have leaked during transit. What do I do?
In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on 9999278785 or support@indulgeoessentials.com and we will be happy to assist you.

 

What are the shipping charges I will incur?
We ship products throughout India and all orders of Rs 890 and above qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 90 if your total order value is less Rs. 890.

 

Will I Be Able To Track My Shipment?
Once you place an order with us you will receive email & SMS updates from both Indulgeo Essentials and our courier partners regarding the confirmation, shipping, delivery etc of your order. The email will also provide the tracking details of your shipment.
 

Safety & Testing

 

Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?
Indulgeo Essentials products are extremely safe as our ingredients are 100% organic, however it is not recommended for pregnant women to use any products with essential oils in the last trimester of the pregnancy including tea light burners. Essential oils help relax the muscles which works opposite with the contraction process in the last trimester. We also do not recommend pregnant women to use Neem Oil during the pregnancy as it is known to be
a natural contraceptive and is unsafe to use for pregnant women. Our products can be used for the first 7 months of the pregnancy but not in the last trimester.

 

Can I use Indulgeo Essentials Skin Care products if I have dry or combination skin?

What is the shelf-life of the products?
Each product has a different shelf- life. The expiry dates are mentioned on each product.
